Role & responsibilities

- Identify and acquire suitable locations for telecom tower deployment as per business requirements.

- Conduct site surveys and coordinate feasibility assessments with RF, Project, and Operations teams.

- Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, and lease conditions with landlords/property owners.

- Execute lease agreements and ensure timely completion of all acquisition-related documentation.

- Liaise with local authorities, municipal bodies, and government agencies for obtaining necessary approvals.

- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Manage landlord relationships and address issues related to rentals, renewals, and site access.

- Monitor acquisition progress and ensure site handover within prescribed timelines.

- Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and documentation related to acquired sites.

- Support network rollout activities through timely acquisition and closure of dependencies.





Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Telecom Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Network Rollout.

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in landlord engagement and lease agreement execution.

- Knowledge of telecom site acquisition processes and statutory approvals.

- Familiarity with RoW (Right of Way), municipal permissions, and local regulations.

- Valuable understanding of property documentation and legal compliance requirements.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.

- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-oriented environment.
