Shared Account Lead — Marathi Expert

Role Summary

Lead the Marathi cluster as the senior pod leader and act as the single client POC across all three channels in the cluster (Marathi, Hindi, and Bhojpuri). Split: ~70% leading Marathi cluster strategy and execution with a dedicated Marathi SM Exec reporting in; ~30% working alongside the Hindi Cluster SM Head on Hindi + Bhojpuri cluster initiatives. Owns the overall client relationship and is the cultural and linguistic anchor for Marathi-first content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Single client POC across all three cluster channels — own all client communication, reviews, escalations, and approvals
- Lead end-to-end social strategy and execution for the Marathi cluster
- Manage and mentor the Marathi SM Exec reporting into this role; QC all Marathi copy before publishing




- Partner with the Hindi Cluster SM Head on Hindi + Bhojpuri cluster delivery
- Build and approve monthly content calendars in Marathi (captions, hooks, hashtags, cultural references)
- Run monthly client reviews, monthly performance decks, quarterly business reviews across all 3 channels
- Coordinate with SMM, SMEs, and Graphics + Editor pod to ensure timely, on-brand delivery
- Translate brand briefs into culturally relevant Marathi creative direction
- Track competitor activity across Marathi (Sony Marathi, Star Pravah, Colors Marathi) and Hindi GEC space
- Monitor performance KPIs — reach, engagement, follower growth, content velocity — across all 3 channels and course-correct weekly.

Must-Have Skills
- Native Marathi (read, write, speak) — non-negotiable
- Working knowledge of Hindi — must be able to review content, run client conversations, and collaborate with the Hindi pod (you won't author Hindi content, but you'll represent it)
