Role Description The Purchasing Executive (Healthcare) is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The person in this position will handle end-to-end purchasing activities for healthcare products, equipment, and services, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery from vendors.

Responsibilities include evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, maintaining accurate purchasing records, and aligning procurement activities with organizational policies and budgets. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments to understand requirements,



resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices, and supporting inventory control and cost optimization initiatives.

The Purchasing

Executive will collaborate closely with finance, operations, and healthcare teams to sustain reliable supply chains and support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong purchase management skills, including experience with Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should possess procurement skills focused on vendor evaluation, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Relevant experience in healthcare purchasing or hospital/clinic procurement is highly beneficial.
- Solid numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and familiarity with basic inventory and budgeting principles are preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office and purchasing or ERP software is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in supply chain, business, healthcare administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to ethical and compliance standards in procurement.
