Job Summary

Invoteo Future Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Finance Intern / Accounts Intern for a 6-month Finance Internship based in Kerala. This entry-level finance internship is ideal for fresh graduates and finance students who want practical exposure to accounting, bookkeeping, GST, payroll, and corporate finance.

The internship includes hands-on training in Tally and Zoho Books, real-time accounting work, and structured mentorship from experienced finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping:
- Enter and maintain financial records using Tally and Zoho Books:
- Support GST (Goods and Services Tax) documentation and compliance
- Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking
- Support payroll processing and basic salary records
- Help prepare MIS reports and basic financial summaries
- Maintain accuracy, documentation, and compliance standards
- Support the finance team in routine corporate finance activities

Skills & Tools You Will Learn
- Practical Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Tally ERP and Zoho Books (hands-on training)




- GST compliance and reporting:
- Payroll and business finance basics
- Bank reconciliation and financial controls
- MIS reporting and Excel (basic level)

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance)
- CA / CMA / ACCA students
- Fresh graduates with finance or accounting background
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles preferred
