SRV Hospital is seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment operations across our Goregaon unit.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the healthcare industry preferably.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-location hiring.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, healthcare hiring protocols, and employment laws.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools. Spine Software
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented,



and capable of handling multiple priorities with agility.

Location - Mumbai - Goregaon

Monday - Saturday

10-6pm

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospital or healthcare organization recruitment.
- Knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and digital sourcing techniques.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CHHR).Preferable
