? We're Hiring: Graphic Designer | Upscale Marketing

Upscale Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with clients across India and the Gulf on performance marketing, social media, and brand strategy. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring bold, on-brand visuals to life across our client portfolio — from D2C brands to education and healthcare.

What you'll do:

- Design creatives for social media, paid ads, and organic content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create branded assets — presentations, proposals, brochures, and marketing collateral for clients
- Translate briefs and campaign strategies into visually compelling designs independently
- Collaborate with the strategy, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure creatives align with campaign goals
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Stay updated on design trends, ad creative best practices, and platform-specific formats

What we're looking for:





- Minimum 1 year of hands-on graphic design experience (agency or brand-side preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling — able to make creative calls with minimal direction
- Understanding of platform-specific design specs (Meta ads, Instagram carousels, LinkedIn posts, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and turnarounds without compromising quality
- A portfolio that shows range — social creatives, branding, ad design, and print/digital collateral

Good to have:

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or short-form video creation
- Experience designing for D2C, healthcare, or education brands
- Familiarity with brand guideline development
