Field Sales Executive – Trading Sales SUMMARY Anubhav Technosolutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for its Trading Division. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in industrial sales of electrical products and be capable of developing new business opportunities while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

TECHNICAL SKILLS Strong knowledge of industrial electrical products. Hands-on experience in selling Wires, Cables, Switches, Switchgears, and related electrical trading products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

JOB LOCATION Surat, Gujarat DEPARTMENT Sales & Marketing EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time SALARY ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 2–5 Years INDUSTRY PREFERENCE Electrical Trading / Industrial Electrical Products / Switchgear Industry KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.

- Promote and sell industrial electrical products, including:
- Wires & Cables - Switches - Switchgears - Electrical Accessories - Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial clients, OEMs, builders, consultants, and electrical dealers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers and business opportunities.




- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into successful orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain CRM/customer records. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – EDUCATION Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – EXPERIENCE- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the electrical trading industry.
- Must have hands-on experience in selling Wires, Cables, Switches, Switchgears, and other industrial electrical products.
- Existing network with industrial customers, contractors, panel builders, OEMs, or electrical dealers will be an added advantage. PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE- Self-motivated and target-driven skilled.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Strong industrial market knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
