We are looking for an experienced and driven EduTech Franchise Manager to oversee, manage Elysium Academy's franchise network across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise management, EdTech operations, and multi-location academy management.

- Ensure consistent brand standards, quality of training, and operational excellence across all franchise centers
- Conduct regular visits to franchise locations.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely support to franchise partners
- Solid knowledge of EdTech industry, IT training programs, and academic operations
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
