1. Lead Generation: Drive consistent inbound lead generation through website enquiries, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, campaigns, and other digital channels.
2. Lead Qualification: Identify, qualify, and prioritize incoming leads based on their business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and potential fit with the agency.
3. Outbound Prospecting: Build a targeted prospect list and conduct strategic outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other relevant channels to generate new business opportunities.
4. Client Acquisition: Take ownership of the sales pipeline from the first interaction to discovery calls, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closure.
5. Discovery & Requirement Understanding: Conduct client conversations to understand their brand, marketing challenges, objectives, target audience, and communication requirements.
6. Agency Pitching: Work closely with the creative, strategy, and performance teams to develop and present tailored agency pitches, proposals, and solutions.
7. Relationship Building:



Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
8. Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated CRM/pipeline, track lead stages, follow-ups, conversion rates, and ensure timely movement of opportunities through the sales funnel.
9. Market & Competitor Research : Research brands, industries, market trends, and competitor agencies to identify new opportunities, potential clients, and relevant outreach angles.
10. Revenue & Growth: Consistently work toward monthly/quarterly lead, meeting, conversion, and revenue targets, while contributing ideas to improve the agency's overall business development process.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
