- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and value-added services.
- Ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements and provide pre- and post-travel support.
- Maintain solid client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline policies, and industry developments.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
