? Position: Quality Assurance Engineer – Sheet Metal

? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing

? Experience: 2–6 Years

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1️⃣ Inspection of Sheet Metal Components

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of sheet-metal components.
- Inspect components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, bending angles, hole positions, surface finish, and other critical parameters.
- Ensure product quality meets defined specifications and requirements.

2️⃣ Quality Plan & Inspection Report

- Prepare and maintain Quality Plans, Inspection Standards, and Inspection Reports.
- Define inspection parameters based on engineering drawings and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper quality records and inspection documentation.
- Ensure compliance with established quality procedures and standards.

3️⃣ NC Resolution & Corrective Action

- Identify and document Non-Conformities (NC) during inspection.




- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for effective NC resolution.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely NC closure.
- Drive actions to reduce rejection, rework, and recurring quality issues.

?️ REQUIRED SKILLS✅ Good knowledge of Sheet Metal Manufacturing & Fabrication Processes ✅ Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawings, GD&T;, Dimensions & Tolerances

✅ Knowledge of Laser Cutting & CNC Bending

✅ Knowledge of Fabrication & Welding Processes

✅ Hands-on knowledge of Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

✅ Quality Planning & Inspection Documentation

✅ RCA, CAPA & NC Resolution

✅ Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

⭐ PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCECandidates with experience in Sheet Metal, CNC Machine Manufacturing, Engineering, Fabrication, or Automobile Industries will be preferred.
