NRole Overview:

NThis is a senior, market-facing leadership role responsible for leading the India studio both externally and internally.

NThe successful candidate will act as the figurehead for the office, building and maintaining client relationships, securing new work, and leading an established team to deliver high-quality design.

NThe role requires a balance of business development, leadership, and commercial awareness, alongside a strong understanding of design quality.

NKey Responsibilities:

NLeadership & Studio Management:

- Lead, mentor, anddevelop a multidisciplinary team.

- Provide transparent directionand foster a collaborative, design-led studio culture.

- Work closely with existing leadership, including the Head of Architecture and Head of Interior Design.

nBusiness Development & Client Engagement:

- Act as the primary market-facing representative for the studio.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Identify and secure newopportunities with high-quality clients.

- Represent the practice within the wider market and industry.

- Demonstrate strong commercial judgement.

- Identify the right opportunities aligned with the studio's strengths.

- Ensure a balance between design excellence and business performance.

- Position the studio as a multidisciplinary practice capable of delivering integrated "place-making" solutions across architecture, landscape, interiors, and masterplanning.

- Background in architecture, urban design, or a related discipline.
