Responsibilities:
Act as the Product Owner, working with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with company goals
Define and prioritize product features and user stories based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Create and maintain incident and user management processes to ensure a customer focused interaction with our service
Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is always up-to-date and prioritized
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that features and user stories are clearly defined, and acceptance criteria are agreed upon
Lead a small team of Developers
Act as the Scrum Master, facilitating the Agile/Scrum processes for the team
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and decisions
Qualifications:
Valuable understanding of Agile methodologies
Experienced with Master Data Management and Procurement processes would be a plus
