About Us
Wock Oliver is a leading company in the water and wastewater treatment industry. We design, supply, install, and commission complete treatment plants across municipalities, industry, and residential sectors.
This role is based at our current Bangalore office, which we are setting up now. You would be joining early and helping build the team, so expect a fast-moving environment where you help shape how things are done.
About the Role
Own and run our digital growth engine. You will drive our digital marketing strategy, content, brand, website, and online business development, generating awareness, inbound enquiries, and new partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Digital Business Growth_
Own and execute the digital marketing strategy end to end.
Run digital business development: identify and reach out to potential partners and to companies in international markets who can outsource design, manufacturing, or project work to us.
Track what drives enquiries and partnerships using web analytics (for example Google Analytics),
and reinvest in what works.
Content, Social, and SEO_
Write and publish content that shows our expertise: blogs, articles, explainers, technology overviews, and case studies with the help of our technical team.
Run our social media, LinkedIn-led, with consistent posting.
Own SEO: keyword research on the terms clients actually search, on-page optimization (page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking), and the basics of technical SEO (site speed, mobile, indexing).
Track rankings and organic traffic, and keep improving what brings qualified visitors.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple posts and formats.
Campaigns_
Plan and run paid ad campaigns across relevant platforms (for example Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads).
Brand, Design, and Materials_
Develop and maintain a transparent, skilled brand identity across all materials.
