Role: CCS DBA & System Admin Role
Expertise in CC&B; Installation, configuration, deployment upgrading, patching, system monitoring, performance analysis and tuning
Knowledge of WebLogic and JVM architecture
Troubleshooting and resolution of CC&B; system or server issues and problems; tracking and driving resolution
Expertise in OUAF (Framework) Installation, Integrations, WebLogic administration.
Coordinate with the Network Team, Platform Team, Database Team and Web Team in the support of CCS and related system
Support of the CC&B; interfaces into the application using the following technologies: Unix scripting, Java, and PL/SQL
Working knowledge of the UNIX operating system
Working knowledge of XML/XAI interfaces
Periodic System maintenance and monitoring
Batch scheduler monitoring tool Administration
Oracle CC&B; and Framework Patching,

• At least 2 Implementation experience.

• Must have Experience in CC&B; technical design and development.

• Design and Develop CC&B; Java, UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs, service tasks etc.

• Participate in Client requirement workshop and drive the solution design.

• Prepare functional and technical design document.

• Experience in implementing and unit testing CC&B; features following the technical document.

• Experience in creating real-time interfaces with third-party applications.
