Requirements, Skills & Competencies

3–8 years of B2B sales experience in the industrial products sector.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Adaptability to dynamic market conditions.

Sales Target Achievement
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
Ensure timely collection of dues from customers and dealers.
Plan and execute sales strategies.
Approve customer-specific sales plans within defined limits.

Customer Base Expansion




Identify and onboard new customers and dealers.

Recommend and finalize dealer appointments based on market analysis.
