We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through field sales. The role involves meeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through field visits, direct prospecting, referrals, and networking.
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare establishments.
Conduct product presentations and demos and explain Docterz solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Track market and competitor insights and share regular sales updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Preferred Background
Candidates from HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech, SaaS, B2B Sales, or Technology/Software Sales will be preferred.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Solid sales and target-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with regular field visits and travel.
Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
