We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Online Sales Consultant to handle customer enquiries, generate sales through online channels, and build solid customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert online leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website, and other online platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, share product information, and coordinate order processing.
Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve basic concerns.




Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, orders, and sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and delivery.
Stay updated about products, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in online sales, tele-sales, inside sales, e-commerce, or customer handling preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, CRM, and basic computer applications.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Solid customer-service and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
