Position Title: Sales Manager Payroll & Compliance Managed Services
Location: Mumbai
Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager with experience in Payroll & Compliance Managed Services / HRMS solutions to drive recent business and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Acquire recent clients across the small and mid-market/enterprise segments
Understand client needs and position the benefits of managed services for Payroll and statutory compliance.
Partner with internal teams to execute proposals, demos, and SOWs and drive deal closure
Achieve revenue targets and maintain pipeline visibility in CRM
Engage and influence key stakeholders across HR, Finance,
IT and CXO levels to drive deal progression
Required Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of experience in B2B sales (Payroll / Compliance / HRMS)
Strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets
Understanding of India payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
Solid relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
Preferred
Experience in Payroll Managed Services / SaaS / Tech-enabled services
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
