Seeking an exceptional Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the Electrical department for an expanding manufacturing business. If you are a motivated supervisor looking to grow in a current role or a team leader/leading hand, looking for your next step up away from the tools - we want to hear from you!

About you:
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be proactive, diligent and love problem solving
Must have a commitment to safety
Drive continuous improvement strategies
Robust communication, multi-tasking and organisational skills
Sound planning/resourcing skills, ability to understand budgets, cost management and finance is desirable
Experience in a team leader or supervisor's role in a maintenance setting




Tertiary qualified in Engineering or Trade qualified in electrical
Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles and OH&S; requirements is essential
Demonstrated experience in CMMS, SAP, permits, isolations and change management systems
