We're looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who lives and breathes Meta Ads and Google Ads. You'll own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for multiple client accounts, driving ROAS, lowering CAC, and scaling ad spend efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to maximize campaign performance
- Monitor budgets, bids, and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) daily and optimize accordingly
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences
- Build and present performance reports and actionable insights to clients
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad assets
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and targets

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns




- Proven track record of scaling ad spend while maintaining/improving ROAS
- Strong understanding of pixel/conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Events Manager)
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards (Looker Studio a plus)
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing reporting and strategy calls
- Agency experience is a solid plus

Nice to Have:

- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications Experience with e-commerce (Shopify) or lead-gen funnels
