Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to handle customers, understand their requirements, showcase jewellery products, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and an interest in jewellery and fashion.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.- Understand customer preferences, budget, and jewellery requirements.- Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing, making charges, and offers.- Demonstrate and showcase jewellery collections effectively.- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.- Handle billing, order processing, exchange,



and basic documentation as required.- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for repeat business.- Keep the showroom and jewellery displays organized and attractive.- Coordinate with inventory, billing, and management teams.- Stay updated on new jewellery designs, trends, and market developments.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in jewellery, retail, luxury, fashion, or sales preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.- Presentable, confident, and target-oriented personality.- Basic knowledge of jewellery products, gold, diamond, and gemstones is an advantage.- Basic computer knowledge.- Ability to work in a showroom workplace and meet sales targets.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience and company policy.
