Job Description:
Handle end-to-end Direct Taxation matters for a leading pharmaceutical company.
Manage Income Tax Returns, advance tax, TDS and tax computations.
Handle tax assessments, notices and litigation with tax authorities and consultants.
Support tax planning, advisory and business transactions.
Ensure compliance with applicable Income Tax laws and regulations.
Review tax positions, reconciliations and tax provisions.
Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, auditors and external tax consultants.
Identify tax risks and recommend effective tax management strategies.
