Explain stock market products and investment services to clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Assist clients with account opening and onboarding. Make regular calls and follow up with leads.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets. Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions. Stay updated on basic stock market trends and financial products.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve client queries.
RequirementsGraduate or equivalent qualification. Valuable communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of the stock market and financial products. Sales/customer-handling experience is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
