We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive to develop and expand our business across Nashik, Jalgaon, Dhule and Nandurbar.

The ideal candidate should have experience in paints, construction chemicals, waterproofing, tile adhesives, epoxy flooring, building materials or related products, with a good understanding of dealer, distributor and contractor sales.

This is a field-sales role requiring regular market visits, relationship building and new-business development.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, applicators, architects and builders.
- Generate new business and expand the customer base across the assigned territory.
- Visit markets regularly to identify sales opportunities and understand customer requirements.
- Promote and sell the company's paints / construction chemical products.
- Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product demonstrations, application support and technical requirements.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Submit regular market visit reports, sales updates and collection status.
- Ensure good customer service and long-term business relationships.




- Preferred Candidate Profile3–6 years of experience in construction chemicals, paints, waterproofing, adhesives, building materials or related industries.
- Experience in dealer / distributor / channel sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in project sales or contractor sales may also apply.
- Good knowledge of the Nashik, Jalgaon, Dhule or Nandurbar market will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Marathi and Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
