Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Sales Consultant. In this role, you will advise customers on travel options, create customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including transportation, accommodation, and activities. You will handle reservations and booking changes, provide proactive customer service before, during, and after trips, and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.

The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records in booking systems, staying up to date on travel trends and policies,



and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless travel solutions.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Travel Consulting and Travel
- Must have minimum 5 years experience in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre)
- Management, with the ability to design and optimize itineraries for diverse customer needs.
- Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and managing changes or cancellations.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and booking platforms, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet sales or performance targets.
- Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
