We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our recruitment team for a Work From Home opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and report updates.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment status records.
- Achieve recruitment targets as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Female candidates only.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Laptop and stable internet connection required.
Work Timing Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday: Off Day Working
