US Recruiter (Healthcare/IT)

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Desired experienced: 1-3 years

Start date: ASAP or 1 month

Work Hours: 7:00PM to 5:00AM IST (5 days working)

About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates or experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in US IT, Healthcare, Clinical, or Pharma/Biotech Recruitment.

This role offers hands-on exposure to US staffing, IT/Technical/Healthcare/Pharma recruitment, and client coordination while working in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities (US Recruitment)

- Source and screen candidates from job portals like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, social media, and internal databases.
- Understand US job requirements and match suitable candidates.
- Communicate with candidates via calls and emails to explain job roles and opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and company policies.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Commerce stream (Can be Computer Science, Clinical, Bio,



Commerce, Human Resources etc.)
- Experience: Freshers or experienced Recruiters with excellent communication skills required.
- Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).
- Communication: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Commute: Candidates should reside within 0–10 km of Kalyani Nagar or be willing to relocate nearby.

- Must have basic to moderate computer knowledge (Typing, MS Office, Email).
