Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Mohali, Punjab

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and basic performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, hashtags, and calls to action.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Research current trends, competitors, content ideas, and viral formats.
- Support influencer outreach and community-building activities.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Suggest creative strategies to improve reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
- Ensure content is published accurately and according to deadlines.
- Manage multiple client accounts and communicate progress with the internal team.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.




- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of Reels, short-form videos, and content creation.
- Ability to research trends and generate creative ideas.
- Good time-management and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is preferred.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant skills or internship experience may apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of social media experience will be preferred.
- A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media pages will be an advantage.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position in Mohali. Only candidates who currently live in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Kharar, or nearby areas—and can commute daily—should apply.
