Testing & Validation

- Lead unit, integration, regression, parallel, user acceptance, and payroll validation testing.
- Perform end-to-end validation of employee and organizational data replicated from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA Payroll.
- Perform data reconciliation between Employee Central and S/4HANA Payroll.
- Validate payroll-impacting employee lifecycle events such as hire, rehire, transfer, promotion, termination, and organizational changes.
- Identify and resolve data mismatches, replication failures, and payroll master-data issues.

Production & Support
- Analyze and resolve replication errors, interface failures, middleware issues, and rejected employee records.
- Monitor replication queues and middleware messages.
- Perform root-cause analysis across SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, and S/4HANA Payroll.
- Support production incidents and provide timely resolution for payroll-critical issues.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Maintain support procedures and technical documentation.

Documentation & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare and maintain:

- Functional and technical specifications
- Data-mapping documents

- Configuration workbooks

- Interface specifications
- Test scenarios and test scripts
- Error-handling and support procedures
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Integration, Security, and Technical Development teams.
- Communicate technical issues, root causes, solutions, and implementation status to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications / Must-Have Skills




- 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll.
- Strong hands-on experience in EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication.

- Experience implementing or updating BAdIs and S/4HANA enhancements.

- Robust knowledge of employee lifecycle events and their downstream payroll impact.
