Research Analyst / Lead Generation Executive

US & Canada | Non-IT Recruitment

NEXREQ is expanding its international recruitment delivery team and is looking for motivated professionals with 6 months–1.5 years of experience in Non-IT Staffing, Recruitment Research, Market Research, or B2B Lead Generation.

? Location: DSL Abacus IT Park, Uppal, Hyderabad

? Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

? Work Mode: Full-Time | On-Site

? Market: US & Canada | Non-IT

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed web and LinkedIn research to identify potential corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Build, verify, and maintain accurate prospect databases.
- Perform advanced searches across LinkedIn, search engines, job boards, and research platforms.
- Research US and Canadian companies, hiring activity, and market trends.
- Identify relevant hiring opportunities and support lead-generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Recruiting, and Account Management teams.
- Maintain high data accuracy while consistently achieving daily and weekly targets.

Requirements

- 6 months–1.5 years of relevant experience in Non-IT Staffing, Recruitment Research, Market Research, or B2B Lead Generation.
- Prior exposure to US/Canada markets preferred.




- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Search, Executive Search, Job Board Research, Client/Company Research, Decision-Maker Identification, and staffing-focused lead generation
- Excellent analytical and web-research skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work fixed US night-shift hours from our Hyderabad office.
