Role Description The Real Estate Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading a team of real estate consultants, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that clients receive professional guidance throughout their property search and transaction journey.

The Team

Lead will coordinate property listings, manage site visits, support project comparisons, and supervise brokerage activities for both residential and commercial real estate.





Responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and maintaining strong relationships with developers, financial partners, and clients. The role also requires regular reporting on team output, market trends, and pipeline status to ensure sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex property and financing information clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate skills, with experience handling property transactions and advising on investment potential.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring, engaging, and guiding sales or consulting teams.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of residential and commercial property markets in Hyderabad and other major Indian cities.
- Candidates should have strong negotiation, client relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate consulting, sales leadership, or property advisory is highly beneficial.
