- Lead construction activities across multiple renewable energy project sites.

- Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and mobilization strategies.

- Monitor project performance through construction, cost, quality, and safety metrics.

- Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and key vendor relationships.

- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate project progress reporting between site teams and corporate stakeholders.

- Mentor and develop construction leadership teams to drive operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant





- 18+ years of experience in the Power or Energy sector.

- 8-10+ years of experience in renewable energy construction (Wind).

- Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-location construction projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Power Engineering.

- Postgraduate qualifications or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, M.Tech, or Construction Management preferred.

- Experience with project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project and Primavera.

- Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical construction activities.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation systems.

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
