Interior Operations Manager

Reporting To: Operations Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an Interior Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of projects from initial handover to final client handover. The candidate will be responsible for execution, vendors, site teams, timelines, quality, materials, client coordination and project closure.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end interior projects from start to completion.

· Plan and monitor project timelines, milestones and execution.

· Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, contractors and site teams.

· Manage daily site execution and manpower.

· Ensure work is completed as per approved designs, drawings, BOQ and quality standards.

· Manage vendors, contractors, material procurement and deliveries.

· Control project cost, material wastage and additional work.

· Handle client queries, complaints and site-related escalations.





· Identify delays and execution issues and ensure quick resolution.

· Conduct quality checks, snagging and final project handover.

· Maintain project trackers, site reports and necessary documentation.

· Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and as committed to the client.

Required Skills

· 7–10 years of experience in Interior Execution / Turnkey Projects / Project Operations.

· Strong knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, modular and finishing works.

· Strong vendor, contractor and client management skills.

· Good understanding of BOQ, measurements, costing and materials.

· Strong planning, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

· Positive knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking tools.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
