We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Executive to support our business operations, partner coordination, customer communication, and day-to-day execution.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in native Hindi and have good English communication skills. Strong presentation skills and the ability to confidently explain our products and services to customers and business partners are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Communicate with customers, business partners, and community representatives.
- Conduct online and offline presentations to explain Venadu's products and services.
- Follow up with leads, partners, and customers and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Support onboarding and training of business partners and community members.
- Prepare and share operational updates and reports.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
- Support business expansion and market development activities.

Required Skills
- Native-level Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.




- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Confident in conducting online meetings and presentations.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in operations, business development, sales, customer success, or startup environments are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.
