Job Role : Monitoring & Observability Administrator

Experience: 6-12 Years

Location: Chennai / Noida / Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Nagios, and Aternity.
- Manage observability platforms as a Super Administrator, including tenant administration, RBAC, user management, and platform governance.
- Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, monitors, service maps, reports, and executive-level monitoring views.
- Implement and support Infrastructure Monitoring, APM, Log Management, Synthetic Monitoring, and Event Management solutions.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, Shell/Bash, and REST APIs.
- Develop self-healing and automated remediation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate monitoring platforms with ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty, Microsoft Teams, Email, and ITSM tools.
- Configure and support authentication and authorization integrations using SSO, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Manage observability agents, telemetry pipelines, collector deployments, and secure communication channels.




- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to optimize monitoring coverage and incident response.
