Fullstack Developer (Fresher) – Angular & Node.js

Location: Kundrathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Training Duration: 6 months (No stipend/salary)

Post-Training Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives (Up to ₹25,000/month)

Total Service Agreement Duration: 2.5 years (Starting from Day 1 of Training)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable fullstack web applications using Angular (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
- Assist in building RESTful APIs and integrating backend services with frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with the team to design clean and responsive UIs using up-to-date frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following software development best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and test applications to ensure functionality and quality.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Stay updated with current trends and best practices in Angular, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and fullstack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or final-year students in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Angular, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (or other SQL/NoSQL databases).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication techniques (JWT, OAuth), and state management (NgRx is a plus).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and a genuine interest in building web applications.
- Personal or academic projects in fullstack development are an added advantage.

Commitment & Contract Terms

- Additional monthly incentives based on individual and company performance (up to ₹25,000).
- Service Agreement:
- Total duration of 2.5 years, starting from the first day of training.
- If the agreement is terminated early, a mutual discussion will determine recovery of company investment in training and resources.
