About The Role

We're hiring a Senior Integration Engineer to be a vital part of our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining connectors with various identity verification, authentication, and IAM platforms. You will own the entire integration lifecycle—from understanding vendor API documentation to deploying production-ready code that handles Personally Identifiable Information (PII) securely and reliably.

Your work will directly impact the security and user experience of our platform, ensuring seamless and safe identity integrations for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to innovative projects, and deepen expertise in identity protocols and secure system design.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess at least 8+ years of experience in building production systems, particularly with Node.js and TypeScript. A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and related authentication flows is essential. Practical experience with identity protocols such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0 (all grant types), SAML 2.0,



and SCIM 2.0 is required.

Candidates should have hands-on experience developing microservices architectures and a disciplined approach to testing, including unit and integration testing, along with HTTP mocking tools like Nock or MSW. Proficiency with MongoDB is necessary. Additional preferred skills include secure handling of PII and secrets, familiarity with ReactJS, and experience integrating with identity verification or IAM platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Jumio, Onfido, or Socure.

Knowledge of FIDO2, WebAuthn, decentralized identity standards, and compliance frameworks like SOC 2, GDPR, and India’s DPDP Act will be advantageous. Candidates should also have experience with background job frameworks like BullMQ, SQS, or Kafka and be familiar with observability practices including structured logging and OpenTelemetry. Candidates must be located in the Chandigarh Tricity area.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain secure connectors with various identity verification and IAM platforms, ensuring seamless integration and data security.
- Read and interpret vendor API documentation, translating requirements into robust production code.
- Implement and optimize authentication flows using protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC.
- Develop microservices with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Ensure secure handling of PII and secrets, employing KMS or Secrets Manager, and implementing redaction and logging best practices.




- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, leveraging HTTP mocking tools to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, adhering to security policies and regulatory requirements such as SOC 2, GDPR, and local data protection laws.
- Implement observability practices including structured logging, correlation IDs, and monitoring with OpenTelemetry.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to documentation, and continuously improve development processes.
