nThe role is focused on NiCE NTR-x enterprise recording/compliance solutions , particularly for banking and financial-services customers. Typical responsibilities include:

- Installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting NiCE NTR-x / Verint recording platforms .

- Troubleshooting Windows Server, IP/SIP, RTP, VoIP, TCP/UDP, LAN/WAN and telephony issues.
N
- Using Wireshark andlog analysis for troubleshooting.

- Working with SQL and basic Shell/PowerShell scripting .
N
- Integrating with platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, and Amazon Connect .

- Supporting AWS/Azure, VMware/Citrix, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, DNS, HA/DR , and database migrations.

- Leading customer-facingtechnical discussions and supporting UAT/testing
