NET Developer Team Lead Experience: Minimum 8 years

Salary: Up to 25 LPA

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and enhance productivity.
- Utilize strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.
- Promote and enforce best practices in software development, including OOP principles.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development and production environments.
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.
- Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).




- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies.
