We’re hiring a .NET Developer (SSIS / SSRS / SQL Development). This is a 100% remote role.

Note: This opportunity requires working during Pacific time zone (US PST hours) overlap.

About The Role The .NET Developer at Droisys will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications and data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, SQL Server, and reporting services, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.

The developer will be responsible for creating efficient database objects, developing reports, and ensuring data integrity and performance across systems. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work remotely while contributing significantly to impactful projects.

Qualifications To be successful in this role,



candidates should possess a strong background in .NET development, with hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/Web API. Advanced proficiency in SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers, is essential.

Experience working with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and performance tuning, along with knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices. Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration is also necessary.

Experience with version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps, along with a good understanding of application architecture and design patterns, will be advantageous. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and services to support business operations and data processing needs.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Create, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards that align with business requirements and facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and data analysis requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security,



and quality across all applications and databases while maintaining optimal performance and scalability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Data Engineering, and Business Analysts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to maintain high standards of code quality and system stability.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices and solutions.
