Job Role: Guest Service Associate (Front Office)/Junior Software Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to villages and rural areas to identify and mobilize eligible candidates for DDU-GKY training programs.
- Create awareness among rural youth and their parents about available skill training, career opportunities and placement support.
- Conduct village-level awareness programs, meetings, counseling sessions and mobilization drives.
- Identify prospective candidates as per the eligibility criteria of the DDU-GKY project.
- Explain available job roles, course details, eligibility, training process, career opportunities and placement prospects to candidates.
- Counsel candidates and parents to encourage suitable candidates to join the training program.
- Coordinate with Panchayat representatives, community leaders, NGOs, local institutions and other stakeholders for candidate mobilization.
- Generate candidate leads and maintain an updated database of prospective candidates.
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Assist candidates with required documentation and admission/enrollment formalities.
- Coordinate with the Training Centre and project team regarding candidate enrollment and joining.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, candidate interactions, counseling and mobilization activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly mobilization and enrollment targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager regarding mobilization activities and candidate status.




- Support candidates throughout the pre-training and joining process.
- Participate in career awareness activities, job fairs, placement drives and other project-related events when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with local communities and stakeholders to create a continuous candidate pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY project guidelines, SOPs and organizational requirements.
- Perform any other mobilization-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in mobilization, field work, sales, education, NGO, skill development or social-sector projects will be preferred.
- Prior experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NSDC or other Skill Development projects will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication, counseling and field-work skills may also be considered.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
