Role & responsibilities:

- Review and verify MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications and applicable codes (local/international).

- Supervise and inspect in office MEP installations; enforce quality, safety, and workmanship standards.

- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural teams, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities for design approvals, inspections, and handovers.

- Track subcontractor progress, conduct technical evaluations, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues, interface conflicts, and design discrepancies.

- Prepare regular status reportsincluding progress updates, non-conformities, and inspection outcomesfor internal review and clients.





- Participate in project meetings at site and client level; assist in RFIs, change orders, and value engineering initiatives.

- Assist in technical review of products, cost estimating, preparation of BOQ inputs, and budgeting.

- Lead testing and commissioning of MEP systems and oversee final handover to facility management.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (MEP specialization preferred).

- 5–7 years of handson experience in MEP project execution, preferably in building and infrastructure sectors.

- Strong knowledge of MEP disciplines: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV/BMS.
