Key Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of integration engineers and/or supervisors, including performance management, coaching, and development.
- Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve integration engineering objectives aligned with business goals.
- Direct the design and implementation of system integration architectures, including resolution of complex system overlaps.
- Oversee the integration of multiple applications and subsystems into stable, scalable enterprise solutions.
- Resolve escalated issues related to integration stability, performance, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support for integration initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, engineering standards, and governance processes.
- Manage operational aspects of the team, including workflow, delivery commitments, and budget adherence.
- Integrate Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team objectives and decision-making.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (required).




- Master's degree in a technical or business discipline (preferred).

Experience and Skills :

Required :

- 8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, system integration, or related technology roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical teams.
- Solid knowledge of integration architectures, system interfaces, and enterprise application landscapes.
- Experience developing and executing operational and tactical plans.
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical and delivery issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with large-scale enterprise or global integration environments.
- Familiarity with middleware, APIs, messaging architectures, and integration platforms.
- Experience working in regulated or highly governed environments.
- Background in driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Exposure to cloud-based integration solutions.
