Role & responsibilities

- Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their career goals and course interests

- Explain course offerings, fee structures, and batch schedules clearly and persuasively

- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to drive conversions

- Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM/tracking sheets daily

- Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets

- Coordinate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality and messaging

- Assist with counseling sessions, webinars, or walk-in inquiries as needed

Preferred candidate profile

- Completed graduation (any stream)

- Solid communication skills in English+Hindi+Marathi

- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

- Prior sales/telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory
