Qualification: ITI / Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical
Responsibilities: -
1. Experience in power generators, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repairs, and facility maintenance.
2. Ability to supervise, train and motivate staff. Manage shifts and handle conflict resolution.
3. Planning and executing preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to improve proficiency.
4. Diagnosing complex technical issues and making quick decisions under pressure.
