- Skills in Printers configuration, FTP, SMTP, SNMP configurations.
- Interface with operations, o Network management software (includes NetView and NPM) o File transfer software (includes TCP/IP FTP, Netview FTP and Connect: Direct) o Session Management software (includes CA-TPX, CA-Solve Access and Candle Super Session) o Printing software (includes InfoPrint server and LRS VPS) NCP and NPSI/X25
