Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of construction equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues.
- Handle maintenance of equipment such as JCB, excavators, cranes, DG sets, compressors, generators, and other heavy machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures before major breakdowns occur.
- Maintain proper records of equipment maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, spare parts, and service history.
- Coordinate with technicians, operators, vendors, and site/project teams for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Manage availability and requirements of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.




- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Supervise maintenance staff and allocate daily maintenance activities.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports and update management regarding equipment condition and major repair requirements.

Preferred candidate profile Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Construction,Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery maintenance. Solid troubleshooting, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. Willingness to work at project/site locations is essential.
