Uplers is Looking for:**** : Lead and manage a team of SDRs, driving outbound pipeline generation through signal-based outreach, cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach. Leverage buyer-intent data and marketing automation tools to identify and prioritize prospects. Own both individual meeting-generation targets and overall team goals. Primary market focus: US. Excellent track record of meetings and conversions. Experience in enterprise outbound motion will be a plus.
Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication; strong understanding of marketing buyer personas and the broader GTM/marketing landscape; working knowledge of marketing automation platforms; experience with buyer-intent/signal-based outreach tools; strong personal LinkedIn presence with active community engagement; team management/coaching ability
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field]
Additional Note/Remark (if any): Candidate should have prior experience selling/prospecting into the US market
