Key Responsibilities - Lead Java application development and technical delivery
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java & Spring Boot
- Build and implement Microservices & REST APIs
- Develop/integrate frontend applications using React.js or Angular
- Participate in system design and technical architecture discussions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding, security, scalability & performance standards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Engineering and Client teams
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance
- Support CI/CD, deployments and production issue resolution Mandatory Skills Core Java / Java 8+ Spring Boot / Spring Framework Microservices Architecture REST APIs React.js or Angular – Mandatory Hibernate / JPA SQL & Relational Databases – PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle OOP, Design Patterns & Data Structures System Design & Distributed Systems Docker / Containerization Kubernetes AWS / Azure / GCP CI/CD & DevOps Strong debugging & problem-solving skills Technical leadership & team mentoring Valuable to Have - Kafka / RabbitMQ
